XP does not have a SP3 available as of yet (if at all). It's due in the 1st half of 2008.

The last service pack that was released for Win2K was SP4. It contains all of the upgrade patches, ie, SP 1, 2, and 3. And some upgrades of it's own. SP3 is for Win2K, but it's kinda useless.

But it's been many years since any patches have been released for 2K, if it were me, I would move up to at least XP if not Vista. Surfing with 2K isn't very safe anymore.
