I consider "friendly" and flirting the same thing.... but i guess if she tells u she likes u or is hinting towards u 2 going out then shes deff. flirting.

Is there a difference? if you are looking, then friendly opens the door for you to take it whatever direction you want. She is not going to break out a neon sign that say "FLIRTING". If you are single and looking, anything short of running away or kicking in the crotch can and should be seen as flirting. You have to make the move, don't wait for her, you will be waiting a long time. Attractive women don't have to wait very long before the next guy hits on them so they are not going to spend too much time sending signals. They get to pick and choose from the multiple guys a day who want to get in their pants, you have to move when you feel like you have an opportunity, if you hesitate then you get thrown on the junk pile really quickly.
