Anywhere from 25-30 - but overall it depends on when you're ready and mature enough.

By this time, you should have a...

-steady income/job
-safe home
-dependant partner/spouse

Raising a baby can cost up to $10 000 a year, and babies are a lot of work. Therefore, people ages 25-30 can handle it maturely and have the proper money to raise it.

XOXO,
Laurie

I don't think there is a set "right" age. Some women are awful mothers at 30 or 40 and some are great at 18. It all depends on the woman and her situation.... A new mother must have maturity, stability, selflessness, patience, as well as a relatively good income.

You can never be fully ready for a baby. You'll never have "enough" money, you'll never be fully ready, you'll never have everything that you want. Unless you are a millionaire or you are perfect ... you will not be completely ready to have a baby ever. You just have to look at your life and your situation and decide if a baby would fit in well with your life.

I really like watching Dr. Phil. I don't know if you like his show or not but his website (www.drphil.com) has a great selection of pages about having a baby.

Here's a good place to start:

I don't know if I think that there is truly a right age as much as how financially stable a couple/person needs to be before they start a family.

Well to tell you the truth, there really is no right age to start a family. I would start a family when I found someone to start it with, someone who can support me, has a good career job, likes me for who I am, and makes sure we trust one another. I would make sure he had a good job, and me too.

when you are ready, to deal with family life, find a good father, stable home, money to support the family. family is the best thing when you have children because they can help out. and boy will you need help, its alot of work unless you have the sanity and strength to do it alone.
having a family has its ups and downs just like everything else in this world.

There isn't a right age to start a family and rarely does anybody have ideal circumstances.

Depends on how you feel about having kids. Depends if you are ready to have kids. My biological mother was 15 when she had me. She realized she was not ready to have children, she gave me up for adoption. My adoptive mom was in her late 20's and my adoptive dad was in his 30's when they adopted me. My adoptive mother finally had her own biological child at 38 years old.

I have seen young parents and older parents with kids. Shouldn't be about age, it should be more about maturity, and where you are at in life, and the whole situation. My mother realized that she was too young. This was back in the Early 1970's.

When you are married and have the financial means to support your family. Age doesn't really matter unless you are under 18.

When you are in a committed relationship with enough resources to support a child. And when you are happy enough in your accomplishments thus far to just focus on someone else for the next 18 years.

Whatever age you are after you get married - these days, hopefully mid-20s at least.
