Like, if the pups were around 3 weeks old. Or is just better to wait until they are done nursing? She could atleast practice non-strenuous obedience though, right? I don't want her to get too far behind or forget too much.

I would give the "Woofer-Mom" a break and time with her babies. If she has learned well before, she is not going to forget her lessons.

I know they discourage vigorous exercise in humans who are breast-feeding because the lactic acid can make the milk taste bad and the baby won't want to nurse. I imagine the same would happen with dogs as well.

Give her some rest and maybe do basic obedience or walk her through a course if she's willing to leave the puppies for a while.

Since the puppies are so little, she may not wish to be away from them long enough for such a competition. But there's no reason why she can't practice the non-strenuous obedience.

Good luck!

Yes, she can still practice her OB, but, no agility until SHE has healed properly. It was her internal organs that were subjected to the stress of pregnancy, not the pups.
Have her checked by your vet BEFORE returning to agility work!!!

I would not take my nursing bit ch with puppies that young ANYWHERE near a mass of other dogs. You are very likely to bring something home to the puppies!!!!!

I just answered your other question about knowing for sure if she's pregnant. That one, then this one, has led me to believe that you should consult your veterinarian about spaying the poor girl, as you obviously don't know what you're doing.
