A decent solictor will get nothing out of your claim, but the court will award costs and thats where they earn their pennies.

According to the man with a boring voice.... and the lady we have seen STUPIDLY slip over on the floor ten million times... there fees are recovered on top of any compensation they win. So apparently you get 100% of the winnings

It all depends on which company you go to. It can be 100% but you need to ask.
