The bible calls it "blasphemy of the Holy Spirit," but we gotta ask ourselves what that means.
Personally I think it means something a little more serious than verbally insulting God or saying "Hey Holy Spirit, you ugly and yo mama dresses you funny."
Since He brings God's forgiveness and healing to us, to insult the Holy Spirit is to tell God that you CAN'T be forgiven or healed. Suicide would fall under that category. If you kill yourself, not only can't you ask for forgiveness, but you tell God that you'd rather die that wait for the healing He is working in you. (Of course I'm talking about sane people. This obviously doesn't apply to mentallly ill people.)
And since we have free will, God will never force forgiveness on us that we don't want. You have to ask for forgiveness to receive it. So if you're in a state where you won't ask for forgiveness or healing because you think God can't forgive/heal you, then you don't get it.
That's why it's blasphemy: you are telling the Holy Spirit of God that He is not powerful or loving enough to heal and forgive you.

All sins that go against what the Holy Spirit are unforgivable by God according to the Bible. An example of this would be: The Bible says in the last chapter and last verses of Revelation "not to add or take away from the Bible." There are many religions in the world, like the Mormons for example, who have a book in addition to the Bible, and that is unforgivable by God. Another example would be: God says "do not kill." Those who know what Jesus Christ taught and still willingly support war, go to war, and support war in any way - are guilty of sinning against the Holy Spirit because they should know from the Bible that it is wrong but they willingly ignore this truth. That is why it is wrong - when someone knows it is wrong and does it anyway.
And whatever you do keep praying and you'll be alright!!

I believe what is found in the Bible, showing you a couple scriptures and some research I did, in summarizing what I've learned in the Bible, Knowing what God has done, and requires of us, really understanding it and the consequences of disobeying and disregarding him and his power, then intentionally going against his word with words or actions is what the unforgivable sin can be considered.
g03 2/8 p. 13 Is There an Unforgivable Sin? ***
Why do true Christians take the warning of the unforgivable sin to heart? Because although we have accurate knowledge of God and of the activity of his spirit, a wicked heart could develop. (Hebrews 3:12) We should be careful not to think that this could never happen to us. Consider Judas Iscariot. He was once a faithful follower of Jesus. He was chosen as one of the 12 apostles, so he must have had good qualities. But at some point he began to let wicked thoughts and desires grow, and they eventually overtook him. During the period of time he was an eyewitness of Jesus’ incredible miracles, he was stealing money. Then, for money, he knowingly betrayed the Son of God.
Some people who were once faithful Christians have purposely drawn away from God, perhaps because of bitterness, pride, or greed, and are now apostate fighters against God’s spirit. They willfully oppose what the spirit is clearly accomplishing. Have these individuals committed the unforgivable sin? Jehovah is the final Judge.—Romans 14:12.
Rather than judging others, we do well personally to guard against committing secret sins that can gradually harden our hearts.

What is the unforgivable sin?
The type of sin mentioned in the Bible as being unforgivable is not simply a category such as stealing, lying or sexual immorality. These things are serious, however, and may involve unforgivable sin. (Rev. 21:8) But the unforgivable sin is deliberate sin against the manifest operation of God’s spirit. It springs from a heart that is thoroughly and forever alienated from God.
Jewish religious leaders who came to Galilee to see and hear Jesus Christ on one occasion had already taken counsel as to how they might destroy him. (Matt. 12:14) In Galilee they saw Jesus cure a man who was unable to speak, was blind and demon-possessed. Instead of admitting the obvious fact, that Jesus was performing miracles by means of God’s holy spirit, the Pharisees maliciously accused him of doing it by means of the power of Satan. After showing how wrong they were, Jesus said:
“Every sort of sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the spirit will not be forgiven. For example, whoever speaks a word against the Son of man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the holy spirit, it will not be forgiven him, no, not in the present system of things nor in that to come.”—Matt. 12:31, 32; Mark 3:28, 29; Luke 12:10.

The first thing that someone should be considering is whether the idea of sin is actually real.
If God is supposed to be perfect how could She have made anything or anyone that wasn't perfect.
Think about it. The idea of sin assumes certain things about God that seem highly unlikely.
First it assumes a God who is too incompetent to organize a simple educational field excursion and figure out a way to get all of the students home safely.
How likely is this that God would not be smart enough to come up with a plan for our salvation that is going to work 100 percent of the time?
It also assumes that God must have created us imperfect if we are sinners.
One might assume that God would be able to create someone perfect each and every time if he chose to. Assuming God is capable of this, then it follows logically that we must be perfect creations if we are actually creations of this perfect God.
Unless of course you are saying that God chose to create us imperfect.
If God created us imperfect then anything that may go wrong is Gods fault, not ours. This seems a bit illogical at best so I think that we need to assume that What God creates would have to be perfect.
If this is the case and Gods creations are perfect, then nothing that we can do could change what God created perfect and make it imperfect unless we think that we are more powerful than God is.
How likely is it that we the creation could be more powerful than the creator. I personally find this idea somewhat amusing, and a bit absurd.
Religion tells us that God is perfect. If this is true then it could hardly be logically for Gods creations to be considered to be anything less than perfect.
If this is the case and we are perfect creations of a perfect God then Nothing that we can ever do could possibly change this perfection that God willed, unless we were so powerful that our choices could override and change the will of God.
How likely is that????
Think about it.

The Bible is right. If a person only repents once in their life all their sins can be covered. Repentance at the end of life is only necessary if you haven't done it before.

The only unforgivable sin is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. There is much conjecture as to what actually constitutes said offense. I think it is the permanent rejection of the Gospel and failure to accept Jesus Christ as the Son of God.
