My dream started out like this: I was out in the middle of a field and I suddenly found a time-traveling watch (kind of like the one from Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story movie). I decide to go see the Mac introduction, then I went back to the current year (2007). After a while, I wonder what things will be like in the distant future, so I traveled to the time of 8576. There was nothing, and I started choking, so I assumed that the world had been destroyed by then. I have had weird dreams where the world was annihilated by nuclear holocaust, however. What's your interpretation?

watches = time telling, things you want to care for
time machine = denial, conflict, things you want to correct
Projecting time machine like your traveling watch may show sign of some helpless conscience. Yes, you may be floating back and forth in time. However, in your case, it is about holocaust, and that may indicates some insecurity in you. There may be some worries in your life that you feel you regret about things you cannot fulfill. Time traveling may seem to be a fiction from movie, but that suggest some helpless conscience you currently have and you had to vent it out in dream.
Of course, any recent movie experience will affect your subconscious mind and dream about it as well.

Seeing a watch in a dream would seem to indicate that you are feeling limited or constrained in some situation. You could be at an emotional standstill. You maybe unsure of your own feelings or how to express yourself. You may need to be more carefree and, spontaneous. An apocalyptic dream is less about the end of the world than it is of an end to a phase of your own life and the beginning of a new phase.

I say that dream is awesome and that is what you pretty much think of what will happen to the world in the future, and as how things are right now, its not really surprising.... and that movie was awesome!
