Now, if memory serves me correctly, a dutch oven is also when one person passes wind in bed and then pulls the blankets over the other person's head....not generally available at electrical stores.
If you really want one, just invite an unsuspecting friend around for a sleepover and make one of your own. All you need is a mattress, some blankets, and one other person. Make sure they are an accepting friend, though.

I've always thought a dutch oven was a kind of pot, about 5 quarts, with a lid, that went in the oven; so the handles and so forth are heatproof. It can be gotten at any store that sells housewares. Depending on where you will be using it (for example, at home or when camping), you have a choice of materials such as stainless steel, cast iron, enamelled, etc.
If you want one that is powered, the closest thing I could think of is either a crockpot, or a roaster oven. I have both, the roaster oven I bought at a grocery store once but they also have at Walmart, it is electrical and has a compartment where you put water in, and a roaster pan above that with a lid and a temperature control on the front. I usually cook my turkey in this, or you can use as a buffet server. They cost between $29 and $50 depending on if they are on sale.

Well, a dutch oven is basically a big heavy pot. Some are cast iron and some are ceramic, etc. You should be able to get one at any kitchen store. Have you checked Walmart yet? They have some pretty decent ones, and the price isn't too bad. You can get a 7 qt dutch oven for around $39. If the local store doesn't have one, and if you don't need it right away, you can check out the walmart website. Hope that helps! :)

Sometimes I don't know when you are being serrious and kidding around, Mamoth.
Good places to get dutch ovens are at sporting goods stores. They also sell lovely enamled dutch ovens at stores like WalMart, Fred Meyers, ect, especially around Christmas time. The enamled ones of course are only for cooking in, or on your household stove, not a campfire, or with charcoal.
Right around hunting season is a good time to find good prices on dutch ovens and other cast iron items...they go on sale then.
