All this talk about Romney being just a mormon. You got to be kidding! A cult is a cult! It matters not if Mitt Romney or Joe Louis was apart of it, it is still a cult. We are all motivated by our beliefs be in God or in self. I do not want ANYONE leading me with cultic ideologies. It is impossible to separate a person from his/her beliefs, impossible. It is not about having several wives, most mormons do not practice that doctrine. However, it is still a viable practice. To me, it is what mormonism is REALLY all about that disallows me to vote for him. Would you vote for Jim Jones if he was running or Rev Moon? A faulty belief is a faulty belief. It is what it is. Romney has and always will guide his life based on his beliefs. Well, he can do so at will but not in D.C. Romney speeches! I am not more move with his physical appearance than I would be if he was Peewee Herman. No more extremists in the White House!! "God bless America." Well, He does not bless cults!!

No you can't, this man has been a mormon all his life, I can't take his word that he wouldn't let his faith run the white house! Any man can be easily influenced by his faith, it's something they have devoted themselves to, so why be blind to the fact that once in office he might do the opposite of what he promises, we would never know if what he says or does isn't driven by his faith, why take that chance!

Politics is politics; Truth is Truth and never shall the twain meet.

If you know the Truth, you can not be a politician.

Truth is selfless, whereas politics is the most selfish religious cult on the earth. It's 'strength' lies in the fact that most people have not yet realised that it is in fact a cult, a fragmented cult, but a cult all the same.

Politicians rape and steal in the form of taxes and use force to coerse people into submitting to their demands. Even the most dangerous of cults lure you in, before they enslave you.

Politics leaves you no choice - in some countires it is 'illegal' not to register to vote!!!

Politics is a cancer, the political system is the 'beast' of Revelation driven by selfishness.

The human family could - if it were to work together solve every problem, housing poverty, sickness, disease etc in a few short years if selfish politicians were not 'in charge'.

I sincerely hope WE CAN separate people from their erroneous beliefs, persuading them with Wisdom and reason, because the wellfare of all of us depends on it.

i admire this question.. its so clever! we use those expressions and choose because of the fact ; A. the Christian, believes what constitutes sin is obviously reported of their doctrine. B. anti religious are onto some thing, we shouldnt hate human beings, no remember if Christian or Athiest . so i say, for me Hate is a robust be conscious, and however there be issues i dislike or may even despise, i cant say i individually HATE something. its just to a lot attempt to HATE, and a great type of the flaws i dilike arent incredibly worth all that attempt. do we differentiate concept from guy or woman, no thats what constitutes the guy. ought to we decide that guy or woman then to me is the question? i say no.

Excellent question. Amen!!!
God does not bless cults!!
Mormons teach polytheism - more than one god. Literally millions of gods to mormons.

What do they not understand about God saying, "Do not put other gods before Me." Or, "I am God and there is no other."
Or Jesus saying, "I and the Father are One."

Unfortunately since every single candidate that has a serious chance of winning is a 'Christian' of some kind or another, those of us that do not believe in religion have to bite the bullet and vote for one of the 'faithful'.

I am sick and tired of 'Christians' and their stranglehold on this society. They have freedom of religion - but I demand freedom FROM religion. Fundamentalists have their claws in every facet of our government, media, and society.

We need to extract them. Now.

He did not say his faith or his religion would not influence his Presidential decisions. What he said was, no authority from any church would dictate his choices.

Applause.
