You fart and I have to smell it. That's not fair either.

No you shouldn't. I don't smoke but what a person does out doors is their business. Are you going to stop all the automobiles from running because the smell they give off is as repulsive? I believe we just have to live around it.

No, the smell of smoke is disgusting. It tends to linger and, then you need to do extra laundry or hit the dry cleaners. Luckily, today, smoking is banned in most states, in restaurants, night clubs, etc.

You don't have to hang around them when they're smoking. If you choose to hang around them when they smoke, then expect your clothes to smell. When someone smokes, I get as far away as I can.

It sorta relies upon, reward him in some way if he quits, like if he is going a week without smoking without do some thing particular for him. If he smokes, only take some thing he loves away.

Did you ever stop to consider how bad your perfume smells and what about all that hairspray you use? Do I have to smell you all day? Is that fair?
I'm allergic to perfume. Should people stop using it because I don't like it.
The world isn't revolving around you.

My husband smokes, but he's not allowed to smoke a) in our house, b) in our car, or c) around me (in restaurants or otherwise). That's the deal we made so that I don't have to smell disgusting and get lung cancer so he can carry on with his habit.

Of course its fair. If you don't like the smell in your clothing, avoid people who smoke and places where people smoke. Its called liberty.

Yes. It's a free country. If you don't like my smoke....stand back! I should have the same rights that you do! It's easier to just walk away from someone who smokes than it is for us to quit...would you not agree?

I don't smoke but I am soooo glad they introduced the smoking ban in the UK. I was born with a heart defect, meaning passive smoking in pub and restuants will put me into a coma! Its sick that smokers are killing other people. If you wanna kill yourself fine, just don't kill me!
