I use this stuff called "Burt's Bees Parsley Blemish Stick" its a on-the-spot treatment and usually if it put it on the pimple clears up in a day or two. Its really great stuff, just don't pick your pimple and put it on cause it will sting. I also had a friend who used the whole Burt's facial line and she never got a single pimple. Good Luck!

Aspirin contains Beta hydroxy acid which is a powerful defoliant ,so you can crush 1to 2 Aspirin tablets mix with a little water and apply on pimples for 15 minutes and wash. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/

Cover your face with a wash cloth with very hot water. Then cover your face with a wash cloth with very cold water. Then when it is dry, pat dry, put a moisturizer on your face. The reason we get pimples is because own skin gets dry and it then trys to make its own moisture and get oily clogging the pores. So ifg you put moisturizers on at night{skin drys out fast at night} and on in the mornings, after washing your face with plain old water, you'll see a difference right away.

Try white vinegar. Should work overnight, dab some on with a Q-tip or something, then put a band aid over it and leave it overnight. It will kill the bacteria and reduce the size considerably.

my son has been using pine tar soap for a lil over a month now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks.

pop it, then put a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol on it to disinfect and dry it up.
Hey - you asked for the FASTEST way, not necessarily the way a dermatologist would recommend.
