"Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve"

Adam and Eve were not supposed to be having sex! when they did, they got kicked out of the garden. Before that reproduction was done with ribs.

"I have always asked myself how can you hold a car or computers etc. toether with 2 nuts, or 2 bolts, only a bolt and a nut go together."

"homosexual is nothing more than taking the circle of life and rearranging it into a straight line. A line, I might remind you, that ends...."

Geisha^;that one might work, but then they add:

"EDIT: DO YOU REALLY THINK YOUR THUMBS DOWN IS GONNA CHANGE WHAT IS RIGHT OR WRONG? DO YOU THINK IT WILL CHANGE THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR BEHAVIOR? TO; ITS NO WONDER YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT SEX IT IS IN BED WITH YOU - ALL YOU DO IS DRINK BOOZE ALL DAY - YOU COULD BE SC**** A MULE AND NOT KNOW IT. GO AHEAD, HAVE FUN."

"also have you ever looked at a robot or a building, without thinking it must have been designed by someone?"

Hi sweetie. Christian metaphores (sic) don't mean a thing to me. Anytime someone uses one, I picture what they say, then what they mean, and start to want to laugh coz it's funny they should think that way. I walk away from such ones coz they're most likely to also try to boss me around and take my money all the time and get mad if my hair is not a certain length, or my clothing is too boring, my makeup too light, etc.

I love what you said about reproduction being done with ribs. :D

And well, Geisha, HAVEN'T you ever looked at a robot or a building, without thinking...?"

'Christians' say some funny stuff.

It would be hilarious if it weren't so sad - they are able to spread idiotic lies like:

'Men have one less rib than women because god took one from Adam to make Eve'. (Patently falsifiable by anyone willing to take five seconds to look it up).

Or my favorite - Michael Behe's 'irreducible complexity' (debunked thoroughly, yet still repeated ad naseum by 'Christian' idiots, where if you remove any part of a system that it will cease to function, therefore it must've been 'created' that way.

Take any piece of an arch out and it falls. Yet at some point there was scaffolding holding it up. When the arch was done, the scaffolding was unnececessary and was removed.

Take a biology class and educate yourself.

Amen, sounds like your ready for the end of this Earth age.The labour pains of a new Earth age grow closer and closer together, and the birth of that age is not too far off, it's called Christ's Second Advent. Praise the Lord, and pray that it soon arrives.Peace (of mind) be with you in knowing that what I say is true.

I think the metaphor you mentioned is ridiculous and have never heard any of the members of my Church use it. Just for information. Adam and Eva was kicked out of the garden because they disobeyed God. They ate from the tree that God had told them not to eat from. Nothing to with them having sex. Genesis chapter three

If you are going to claim they don't stand up to scrutiny why don't you prove it and offer some evidence or observations of your own.

It is funny the only one you analyze is the first one... and you get that ones analysis wrong. Sex wasn't the issue with Adam and Eve.

they simplify messages for the masses that still need 'opiates'.

They're quite clever, though you do feel like burying a hatchet in the person saying them, I think because they feel smugly condescending in the particular manner some religious people can effect. Also they sound allegorical so are familiar in tone to bible bashers.

Oh yes.

But i can understand it. Sometimes I look at myself in the mirror, and then I see Salma Hayek on the front of "Pap Culture" magazine (TM) , and think: "Only a total be-atch could have made Salma Hayek!!"

Hence my undying belief in the Be-atch Goddess

(PS Vive la restoreution!)

Yes, their intellect can be measured by the responses they are prone to give.
