I know a man once who tried to prove his wife's "love". He was nearly the worst husband possible, yet he felt himself a martyr/hero because he did not give her the criticism that he felt was her due for not being his idea of perfection. Somehow this man thought that, although being profoundly imperfect, he somehow deserved better for himself.
You can prove God, but first you have to give him the tools to pass the test. That means opening your mind to whatever the answer is.

You can't prove that that the Bible God is a rational one. Check his record!
Isaiah went around NAKED talking against nations who have nothing to do with Israel... like Ethiopia and so on... Remember that Egypt didn't invade Israel, Jacob* (*Israel) went to Egypt like the Mexicans come to the USA!
It seems that Christians today are in real desperate need to support a virgin birth scenario for Jesus and they depend on the only prophet who mentions a young girl who may have been a virgin before getting pregnant. Prophet Isaiah is notorious for prophesying the utterances of God NAKED for 3 years! That alone ought to tell you a lot about how kinky he can get! ...
edit: Isaiah 20:2-3 KJV
At the same time spake the LORD by Isaiah the son of Amoz, saying, Go and loose the sackcloth from off thy loins, and put off thy shoe from thy foot. And he did so, walking NAKED and barefoot. And the LORD said, Like as my servant Isaiah hath walked NAKED and barefoot THREE YEARS for a sign and wonder upon Egypt and upon Ethiopia;

Read the first two chapters of Romans. God has already proven himself.

Cool.
Can I give God the two days after this weekend? I'm tired, and I just want to sleep.

What is there to prove? How can a pot ask the potter for proof? This is God that we are talking about and He can pretty much choose to do what He pleases. The only thing that He can never do according to scriptures is to lie. Who are we to demand something of Him?

777 said," what are you going to do if he don't prove himself, disown him, do you think that that is going to change the truth ?"
I think an even better question is what are you going to do if he DOES? Crap your pants I bet. (You won't be alone in that response, either!)

Nope.
You either believe in God or you deny his existence, which means you believe that he's a hoax, in case you didn't know.
