The saying goes, 'Do onto others as you would have them to do to you'. If you would want them to dress up as a hot chick and throw meat at you, then yes according to this saying. However, that doesn't mean it is the right thing to do.

I think you have misunderstood the verse. It's do unto others as you would have done unto you. It means loving your enemies and doing good to those that persecute you. It means going the extra mile for people that don't necessarily deserve it. Basically human beings can't do it without having God in your life and in your heart. Imagine thought if people really did do this what a very different world we would live in to what it is today.
