There are 2 hospitals I heard were the better ones. Bangkok-Pattaya Hospital and the Pattaya International Hospital.

is that by post or by motosyyyy? - ok - just kidding - you might check and see if the 30 baht healthcare plan is still in effect - but, if not, Bkk hospital on Sukhumvit will probably have an internet presence and you can contact them by email.. good luck

Normall 40-60k which is inclulded room rate, doctor fee, medicines, dipers, upon the case too.
