it doesn't matter which I would choose, the fact is that there is a guard sitting at the base of the cross, that nailed Jesus to the cross with his face covered. if you were to walk up to him when he turns to you, you would see your own face. each and every person on earth would see their own face.

Other than Jesus, who is on the cross, I would choose Mary (His mother). Because she was pure enough and obedient to God's will she was chosen by God to be the virgin mother of His only begotten Son, Jesus, who paid the price of death on the cross for our sin (He is sinless), and arose the victor over death to be our redeemer.
