ok wat if a couple come here wiff their 3 month old baby and they dont renew thei visa and stay here..wat can the child do to become a perminent resident?

Because they broke the law, the child is also guilty. MAKE the parents and child go to the homeland they were born in and start over.

you really don't give enough information to offer help. depending how long the person has been in the country on the expired visa he could be barred from 3 to 10 years or permanently. the longer a person is here illegally the greater the penalty. if he gets caught and he will get caught it's just a matter of time. once a visa expires a person is out of status and the only way to fix this is to return to the country of origin and apply to reenter legally. parents (citizen parents too) do things every day that create problems for their children. our laws do not make exceptions for illegal children or legal children for the selfish actions of parents.
