What sin is ommitting from woman's mouths. No offence is ommitting.

No offence is woman's mouth's emmitting. Men's words = woman's words. Sorry from the bad wording.

1 Cor. 14:33-35 "For God is [a God], not of disorder, but of peace. As in all the congregations of the holy ones, 34 let the women keep silent in the congregations, for it is not permitted for them to speak, but let them be in subjection, even as the Law says. 35 If, then, they want to learn something, let them question their own husbands at home, for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in a congregation."

BRB

"A regular program of education in God’s Word was carried on by the congregation, as outlined in 1 Corinthians chapter 14. All the members of the Christian congregation, even the women, were to be teachers; they were to make disciples of the people of the world. (Ac 18:26; Heb 5:12; Ro 12:7) But within the congregation itself mature men were appointed to oversight, as, for example, Timothy and Titus. (1Ti 2:12) Such men had to be those qualified to teach the congregation and to correct things that may have got out of line. They were to use extraordinary care to ensure that their teaching was accurate and healthful.—1Ti 4:16; 2Ti 4:2, 3; Tit 2:1."

"While not permitted to teach in congregational assembly, a woman could teach persons outside the congregation who desired to learn the truth of the Bible and the good news about Jesus Christ (compare Ps 68:11), as well as be a ‘teacher of what is good’ to younger women (and children) within the congregation. (Tit 2:3-5) But she was not to exercise authority over a man or dispute with men, as, for example, in the meetings of the congregation. She was to remember what happened to Eve and how God expressed the matter of woman’s position after Adam and Eve had sinned.—1Ti 2:11-14; Ge 3:16."

Information is taken from Insight on the Scriptures, published by Jehovah's Witnesses.
Such a command was not to disrespect or disregard women.

LOL- it didn't take long for me to get 2 thumbs down. And to think!- I got those when all I had posted was a Scripture from the BIBLE.
Oh well... we mustn't take such things personally :D

This is an old tradition, and frankly a stupid one.

When America allowed women to vote, the entire country softened and moved left, and we questioned aggressive motives more often and had a greater anti-war movement.

When America allowed women into the workplace, our economy nearly doubled it's output.

Women are half of the human population, and oppressing them in any way is no better than cutting off one arm and one leg. You simply don't function as well.

(Some people think that this is what the Bible teaches, but they forget Paul's advice to husbands that they should love their wives, for when they love their wives, they are really loving themselves.)

Well women should not be quiet, and it is a shame that in certain cultures men are able to speak more freely.

If women spoke more, do you realize how much more foolish we men would appear? We hate the facts.

Paul hated women. That's where that came from, not from Jesus.
