if you are distanced from people emotionally and feel numb, it sounds more like depression, not PTSD. i have been diagnosed with PTSD caused by combat in Iraq and watching my friend die in front of me... and see a therapist every other week.
You should talk to a school counselor or get your parents to take you to a psychiatrist. Even just talking to someone can help with your social seperation and emotional numbness... and its best to get control of it now.

You will be okay I have experienced very similar feelings. You need to talk to someone who can help, who is standing on the outside looking in & will teach you how to manage these emotions that can make you feel like your drowning in pain. Find some support now - these feelings don't go away on their own you have to talk them through believe me! Talk to a school councellor, or phone a government organisation to arrange an appointment please - you are not alone just reach out. There are others who feel like you too! Good luck & take care of you..

Your present situation: "i am just so numb and far from everyoe else." may well stem from that event. See sexual abuse: minors, and PTSD, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris in sections 20, and 33, and seek therapy.

Hun, I think you need to get 9 hours of sleep a night, eat breakfast every morning, and join a group activity like a group or a club. And don't drink soda, smoke or use drugs.

Our minds are very powerful and can create problems that don't exist. You're a tough one, don't let yourimagination steal your strength.

Well, how do you know it is not just simple stress and is PTSD? If you are unable to get better, consult a doctor (you may need your parents or guardians to help you in that regard).
