God does exist. He is not an 'it'.
God reveals Himself and His eternal truths—the spiritual food that the scriptures call the bread of life and the living water—to those who seek, who serve, who keep His commandments, and who wait and listen in humility for His teaching. Someone already tried to hide it. They put it in a huge, heavy trunk with a strong lock. Then I'd put a sign on the trunk: "DO NOT OPEN OR THE WORLD WILL EXPLODE"
Of course, humans opened it anyways, just to find out what would happen.

I'd hide it by incarnating the God magically, letting it perform miracles on every corner, and publishing billions of copies of the secret book about it ;)
Then I'd say to the public: be glad that you believe even though you haven't seen any evidence.

y would i hide it he put the plant here right so y cant i smoke it because some moron on capital hill says its wrong that used to be one of the biggest crops in the us before 1900
