My girlfriend and I have been together for a half a year and she is currently on 3 week trip to a different country. The time difference is only 5 hours. She sends me one text message a day and I respond back to her message..and I don't get a response until the next day. Should I be concerned? I just think it is strange. We are both in our 20s..is this normal to not respond the same day?
I mean if she is cheating on me, I don't want to be wasting my time with someone who would do that to me. I want to be with someone who is loyal/faithful.

What if to make a pause, say, for a couple days, and see what happens? If your girl loves you (I sincerely hope she does!), then she will get worried and will find a way to let you know about that. If no, you know what to do... :)

All you get is one text a day? No phone call? I think I would be. I don't think how you would be able to tell if she is cheating. I'm sure she wants to be with someone who is loyal/faithful too, so you will have to trust her. Maybe you can try to give her a call when she's not doing anything, over the weekend.

Maybe she is busy sometimes, and does not get the message until the following day. I will never understand why some men think that if you do not jump to their beckoning call, that you are cheating. Doesn't she have a right to be busy? Maybe the signal takes that long. Maybe she is only allotting herself one text a day, because she can not afford more. Don't jump to ridiculous conclusions unless you have conclusive evidence.

Wait and speak to her when she gets back. I went on hols with 2 female friends earlier this year, I texted my bf a bit more than oncea day but not much and I never cheated on him, it's easy just to get tied up with what your doing when your away and forget about contacting people at home. don't worry too much, until she's back and then ask her!

quit over reacting!!! she's probably busy or doesnt receive your texts....she'll be home soon and dont worry i doubt she's cheating on you...youve been together for awhile i doubt that a 3week vacation could change anything....if she has never done anything to have you question her love or loyalty to you then why are you even thinking about it...my advice is to call her, you need to hear from her...i bet shes feeling the same way about you...in my opinion you simply miss her and your over thinking things!

Please don't listen to dottie. If I was on a trip I would not be having sex with some other guy. Not all women are sluts like that. She may just be enjoying her time away; it's not all the time that we get to travel out of the country! Why can't you call her? Don't think the worst. She probably misses you.

It really depends on what she is doing. I took my kids to Disneyland and only talked to my fiance once a night. I was really busy - obviously not cheating with my 2 kids at Disneyland.

If you trust her there should be no problem.
If you don't trust her, Why are you with her in the first place.
You must decide if she is worthy of your trust.
If it is a great issue for you but not for her you could be projecting your attitude and behavior patterns on her.
Check yourself.

If she has never given you reason, don't doubt her now. There might be a very logical explanation for it. You can ask her in person when she gets back, don't please don't let something like this fester.
Believe in her if you have trust in the relationship.

i bet shes just having fun and is busy...maybe its expensive?? ask her when she gets back good luck..my bf of 2 nd a half years ended it with me this week on the phone and wont even talk 2 me...he even said we were ganna get married. im miserable..maybe he cheated on me?
