I got ringworm 3 days ago from petting a dog. It's all over my tummy and back. What can I use that is non prescription? (I don't have any money for a doctor, and I have no health insurance.) Please don't tell me to go to a doctor. I've had this before and I know how to identify it. I've heard that diluting bleach or using tea tree oil is supposed to help. Does any one know something I can buy a the drug store that is actually intended for ring worm? Please let me know... this stuff is spreading like crazy.

anything that works for athlete's foot will work on ringworm. But this seems quite extensive. It might be easier for you to take a tablet instead.
If you go with the cream approach, be sure that you change your sheets/ pillow case every morning and even though it does not say it will kill ringworm... Lysol spray everything you sit on that is fabric like (chairs, sofa, etc.). I have had a lot of luck using that.
Here is the perfect website for you:

with a word of caution:
See your doctor if you have a rash on your skin that doesn't improve within two weeks. You may need prescription medication. Or it may be some other skin rash all together and will need to be examined. If excessive redness, swelling, drainage or fever occurs, see your doctor immediately. (may indicate additional bacterial infection). Check family members often as this is contagious!
Hope this helps, keep the stuff covered and clean like crazy...

You can actually use Selsum Blue for some ringworm infection. There are also some OTC creams which might help.

Well first of all, DO NOT DILUTE BLEACH. Bleach is extremely harmful and can seriously hurt you,

this website says something about using animal stuff, or wasabi cream. theres a lot of interesting home remedies.
