I wouldnt panictoo much, they dont keep growing unless its very unusual circumstances where the scar tissue gets infected... leave it for a while, dont touch it... I had numerous piercings and got some and they seem to have all but dissapeared.... if they are on the back of your ear on the cartilige then noone can relly see it and you robably think its a mountain when its really a mole hill... if it does get inflamed or hurts then go and see a doctor... i doubt you would get surgery on it for free, but if your really panicing it should be a simple operation and i think laser treatment can also downsize them...

Your ear could desire to be having a reaction to the style of earring which you have put in it. attempt a small stud made out of a few thing made notably for comfortable ears, or in case you have sturdy gold rings, attempt that. For cleansing, I propose warm water mixed with salt.

Rub tea tree oil on it at night.
Also soak salt water in a wash cloth and hold it around the piercing area for around a minute in the morning and night.
also see if you're peircing is made of nickle, some people have allergies to nickle and that can cause kiloids.

If they gets big go see your/a piercing artist and they can help you further.

Otherwise good luck.

it's probably hypertrophic rather than keloid scarring

it's caused by bad piercing placement, when the piercing causes pressure on the ear etc - basically for them to go away completely you're going to have to remove your earrings, and wait for them to heal

then get repierced by a professional (using a needle, not a gun) to help prevent it in the future

I've had piercers recommend putting a warm chamomile teabag on them for 10-20 minutes a day. They claim it shrinks them. I haven't personally tried it.
