One drink would raise your alcohol content .02 on average. This would vary with weight, metabolism, and if you have food in your stomach.
You lose approximately 0.15 per hour, so after one hour, you would be .005, but most breath tests only count the first two digits, so this is pretty close to nothing. Again, this would drop slower with food in your stomach.
You do not digest alcohol, you ingest it. It goes right into your bloodstream. Without food in your stomach, this would be quite fast. Any food would absorb the alcohol, and only ingest as fast as the food is digested.

Aprox... .03 What does this mean? 3% blood alcohol. Should dissipate in about 1 hour. As on average blood alcohol usually drops at around .03 per hour.
Another example... 6 llight beers over 2 hrs = about .10 or 10% blood alcohol. This is an OWI in Michigan, if you plan to drive. It should diassipate to .000 in just over 3 hrs.
Again these numbers are on avereage. Many things can come into play and speed up or slow down how ones level drops.

With normal liver function, your body can process 1 drink ( 1 beer) in approx. 1 hr. So if you only had 1 drink, one hour later you should be ok.

To answer you question, I think less than .04; however, your weight, food consumption, and time of alcohol consumption can alter this figure. To better answer this question check out these links in google, I entered blood alcohol limit in the search engine:

It is alcohol and will show up. One beer in one hour shouldn't make you drunk though. If you are under age it is still illegal to "blow" any numbers

GO TO BREATHALYZER AND READ ABOUT THE VARIATIONS OF A BREATH ANALYSIS AND DIFFERENT OUTCOMES AS BASED UPON AGE, HEAVY DRINKER, NON DRINKER, WEIGHT, METABOLIC CONTENT OF PERSON, MALE V FEMALE, TST RESULTS ETC.

Probably would, but silly to drink at all if you are going to drive because one drink usually leads to another, and when people are drunk it is usually then they do something silly like drink and drive. Also very dangerous for themselves and other people.
Hope you enjoy your party.

That should be ok, but best to avoid it if you know you are driving. Don't be bullied by you "mates" into drinking and driving. Merry Christmas
