Acetaminophen is a pain reliever and a fever reducer.
Acetaminophen is used to treat many conditions such as headache, muscle aches, arthritis, backache, toothaches, colds, and fevers.

To ensure that you get a correct dose, measure the liquid forms of acetaminophen with a special dose-measuring spoon or cup, not with a regular table spoon. Shake the liquid well before measuring. Never take more acetaminophen than is directed. The maximum amounts for adults are 1 gram (1000 mg) per dose and 4 grams (4000 mg) per day. Taking more acetaminophen could be damaging to the liver. If you drink more than three alcoholic beverages per day, talk to your doctor before taking acetaminophen.-

I could hardly read what you wrote because it wasn't broken up into paragraphs. Just ask if you can switch to "Vicoprofen" instead of vicodin. It has a relatively small amount of ibuprofen instead, and the tablets are much, much smaller. It's typically prescribed with 7.5 mg of hydrocodone, the same as what you already take. In addition, it's likely the nausea you're experiencing is due to the hydrocodone itself, not the acetaminophen. Nausea is absolutely the most common side effect of opiate painkillers. Combining it with an antihistamine like hydroxyzine would likely reduce the nausea you experience, and might also make it more effective for pain. You should definitely mention that your major issue with the medication is nausea and stomach pain. That dose of opiates will also rapidly produce constipation, so you'll have to modify your diet around that factor, as well.

The highest dose of Acetaminophen in a single dose is 800mg. Maximum intake of the medication per day should be 4000mg or 4 grams. After which it has and will cause liver damage.
If you take 800mg, maximum tablets that can be taken is 5 tablets a day. I would space them out in equal time increments, every 5 or 6 hours.

Liver damage becomes a risk at about 150 mg/ kg of body weight. That's an absurd amount, as the overdose if it's fatal is prolonged and miserable, and the drug has a plateau effect, so taking significantly more than the recommended dose is pointless (a bunch doesn't work better than a normal amount).

Liver damage is usually caused by using above the recommended dose for an extended period of time. 1000 mg is around a prescription size dose.

Depends on body weight. I'd guess 800 mg.
