They should try a hairstyle that combs their hair foward. So you cant see the hairline receding. Meanwhile, they could try going to Bosley Medical. This was a ad on the T.V saying they can take some of your natural hair from the back of your head, and some how put it in the front. You can probably look up Bosley Medical on the internet.

It depends on how you define "receding hairline." If it's a matter of your forehead getting higher, swept back and long for guys, bangs for girls.
For an actual widow's peak, a brush cut or other short hair cut for the guys and women might want to comb their hair forward for the peek-a-boo look.
If you are starting to go bald on top, shave and use a wig for the occasional change of pace.
