it was your parents, why didn't you carry on believing they existed and it was just you who wasn't getting visited? Nobody ever seems to think there might be a reason why santa or the tooth fairy never wants to visit them personally.

So why is it any different with God? Why can't people just accept the evidence and move on?

When the tooth fairy doesn't give a kid enough for a tooth, the kid is quick to complain to the parents... hmmmmmm
Kids are not stup[id, it's adults who are stupid, as children we know better, we are taught to acept certain things in order to fit in...

i grow to be raised on all those magical memories, i enjoyed it. See, my teenagers do never get to verify my in-regulations, they're petty tactics and all of them disowning one yet another has made me see that my teenagers would omit out on all that magic that the kinfolk can carry with those memories. My complete kinfolk all stay in England. They deliver applications for the girls all the time, even if it is merely no longer the comparable as having the full kinfolk all over the tree, guffawing and joking and commencing grants by surprise. I make a great deal of birthdays and make a great element of each birthday continuously procuring a cake. i offered my oldest who's 3 a enamel fairy jar. it somewhat is absaloutly lovable and that i won't be able to attend till at last she loses that first enamel so we are able to place it in the jar and that i will tell her the enamel fairy will provide her a pair money (50 cents or a dollar merely would not purchase something lol) Santa Claus isn't any exciting without my kinfolk being around, the magic of christmas merely isn't extremely there with the aid of fact it is merely me, my husband and our 3 women. My step grandad might stand on the roof with bells and we'd learn santa grow to be right here rapid get to mattress and that grow to be continuously exciting and thrilling, yet, they do no longer understand santa claus, they're 3, 18 months and lol 9 weeks so we've a mutually as to bypass yet i do no longer understand in the event that they are going to believe in santa. i want to do the full cookies and milk element, yet as i say, they do merely no longer understand. The easter bunny, no. i did no longer strengthen up on the easter bunny, i do no longer locate something magical approximately it. we are going to coach our women approximately what Easter extremely is and then we are going to hide eggs and enable them to locate them we've exciting extremely, water fights if the climate is right, yet no easter bunny right here i'm afraid.

I never believed in the tooth fairy or Santa Claus as a child, and I didn't believe in God until I got much older.
Please stop with the Santa and God comparisons. It's seriously getting old.

You are pretty young when you start realizing that there isnt a Santa. I suspected it and then pretty much knew for sure when I saw my Santa present in the trunk of the car during a Toys R Us trip and my dad thought we werent near the car.
Kids arent as naive and stupid as some people think, lol.
You claim there is no evidence of God. Proof of God is a personal revelation by God. People that have been given this personal revelation have the proof they need. They cant prove the proof to you, but you cant unprove it to them or claim they didnt ever receive it, because you have no clue what kind of personal revelation an individual has been given.
What if my mother confesses that she had an affair on her deathbed. Both people are now dead and I cant prove it ever happened, but based on what she told me I now know she had one. I tell my dad and he doesnt believe me. I cant ever prove it to him. I cant ever make him believe me when I say she told me this. He doesnt want to believe me.
Does it mean she never had the affair?
Your premise is faulty because you claim that no proof exists when people that believe in God claim that they received all the proof they need.

I believe in Santa, he lives in the hearts of young children all across the world. I was 24 when Santa quit sending me gifts, of course that was the same year my grandfather died.*coincidence*??
Personally I think it is just neat for the kids, and they enjoy it. Also my oldest just realized that there is no Santa(fat man that brings gifts) so now he is Santa to my other child, he gets to pick her Santa gift! until she realizes it and they they can alternate! there is always a Santa in my house, even if it is not the one we see on TV!
I can prove there is not a little fat man putting gifts down my chimney can you prove there is not a God??

Mrs WC here.
I believed in Santa until I was 11. I was so excited to get to bed so he could bring my gifts that Christmas Eve. My mother informed me on that night that there was no Santa. I was crushed. I argued that the TV radar showed where he was and that I had mailed him my list. Momma told me that it was a faked image on the TV and that I could stay up and help HER be Santa for my brother and sisters. I still got gifts from "Santa" tho, so my siblings wouldn't think I was a bad girl. LOL

The evidence to prove God isn't real? Which evidence? If you show me evidence that god doesn't exist I will denounce him right here on YA. No one has really given evidence that God does not exist; but everyone seems to claim that there is such evidence.
