Apply for food service jobs at the local schools. I think a college degree is required for ordering the foods, but check with the local guidelines. It is a very important job, good luck!

No experience is necessary to get an entry level position in food service. Being a manager usually requires a degree in "Culinary Arts" or "Restaurant and Hotel Management".

No, it's definitely not necessary, but depends on the school district. You have to have a good background check, and then take food safety classes. Either Serv-Safe or HACCP. And then just keep on your continuing credit classes every year.

definatly not. my friend's mom does substitute lunch work, and they don't get paid enough if they have a college degree.
