Memphis shooter stopped "in his tracks" by (2!!) armed civilians. Why NOT reported?

Why not the publicity? Happened same week as the Omaha killings! He started mass public shooting and two different citizens halted him with weapons. Have you heard of it?

Only FOX covers it this week, probably because it happened 9 MONTHS AGO!
