What style of Japanese writing is first answer.

I mean like Kanji, Hirigani.

I agree with the first answer -- "ケネス” in Japanese katakana. But there are a lot of Japanese kids with the name "Ken" (Kenta, Kento, Kentaro, Kenji, etc.), and if you go with Ken, you can have a "real" Japanese name. Ken can refer to health, or architecture. "健” is one kanji.

Can't use hiragana or kanji for foreign names.
Chinese language can. They use kanji only.

ケネス in Katakana. Its just written according to the pronunciation actually.

As for in Chinese, we use the the combination of characters that produces the sound closest to the original word. I'd say, 肯纳特

Ken in Chinese has several characters... 肯 啃 垦 恳 裉

As a name I would chose 肯 or 恳

You can also say  ぼく は ケン です。 

Boku wa ken desu- My name is ken




you can also say
あなたがすきです!- Anata ga suki desu


which means " i like you"
