Why do you want to? Are you too thin, want to gain weight? If so, just increase your intake of healthy fats, such as almonds, walnuts, avocado, and sesame tahini.

If you slow down so will your metabolism. I am 30 years old, when I left High School I weighed around 90lbs. Now I weigh 100-105. I am also 5'2''. I feel like I'm looking into the past. I have eaten junk food pretty much every day for lunch for over a decade now. However come Monday Night Raw or Friday Night Smack Down (wrestling). My son, my husband, and I become very active; we even have our own wrestling finishing moves. I also have a habit of running or jogging up and down the stairs in my work garage or just stairs period. My co-workers have asked me why I do that, but since it’s really just a habit I respond “One day I might not be able to any more.” Just keep moving baby!!!!!!!!!!

if you dont eat regularly, like 1 meal a day or less, then you can slow your metabolism down, but in some people, it doesnt slow down whatso ever, and he normaly only eats once a day.

the only way to slow it permanently is by decreasing the amount of muscle mass that you have. this will cause a decrease in the BMR
