i own a landscaping company and have a few LEGAL immigrants working for me...and i start out everyone at 10.00 an hour...after that it's up to them to determine weather or not they make more.
if they work hard and do a good job, are on time and don't miss to many days ...i am more than happy to give them a raise....if they don't work hard, or do a good job, miss to many days or are late a lot...then they have to find somewhere else to work.
the lowest paid worker i have is white and he makes 11.00 an hour.his immediate supervisor is a man from el salvador and he makes 14.00 an hour.
i refuse to hire any one without documentation and i do check those documents first.
so to answer your question...
no not all LEGAL immigrants make minimum wage but all ILLEGAL immigrants make 100% more than they are worth.

Nope, illegals, legals, and citizens get paid the same for non-degree requiring level jobs.
I had an Immigrant Instructor from Taiwan who was brilliant and was paid the same as the other instructors, higher than some because of being here working legally for 16 years.
I also had an Immigrant Spanish Instructor from Argentina who also was paid according to job and not status.
In the non-skilled non-degree areas we all make about the same, the problem is finding a job that illegals haven't taken.
They then show the bosses that they will accept sub-standard working conditions easier than will legal immigrants and citizens.
Ashley Furniture Ind. $9-17 per hour--Illegals work there.
Arcadia Fryers, Chicken Processing Plant. $9-14 per hour--Illegals work there.
Valley Pride, Meat Processing Plant. $7-9 per hour-- most non-management is illegal.
Links Snack Foods, Meat Processing Plant. $11 per hour average--once again illegals work there.
Local farm hands, $7 per hour---no illegals, just teenagers and Adults who have lost their factory jobs, or walked out of the factories because of being treated like easily replaced crap.
These jobs would be and always were worked by Americans, these companies did not spring into existence when the illegals came. They just switched who they employ because Americans won't allow themselves to be treated like third world garbage.
All these jobs listed above pay better than minimum wage. And you can have one if you are willing to be treated like an illegal with no rights.

Yes! Legal immigrants recieve at least the minimum wage as required... Illegal immigrants make it where it is hard for citizens or legal immigrants to get any job.... So any citizen or legal immigrant who is making less than minimum wage (or the standard pay for a specific job) is being harmed by illegal criminal aliens!

Depends what kind of job they do. If you are a teacher or a nurse of course they don't make minimum wage. Most likely the illegal immigrants are the ones making minimum wage, that's why a lot of places hire them, for the low pay. And those businessman become richer because of the illegal immigrants. But a lot of prejudice people don't want to see that or they pretend not to..

Not always, job depending of course. However, there are State minimum wage guidelines, and Federal minimum wage guidelines for each state across the nation for those employers who can not afford to pay more than the minimum starting out.

It depends what type of jobs they do. If they are college educated they will make more than the minimum wage. Legal immigrants are a wide range of people that do several different type of jobs.

Legal immigrants get whatever their job pays. I knew a lot of Indian (from the Indian sub-continent) Immigrants who got paid very well as engineers at one company I worked for.
But if they work an hourly job, they are guaranteed minimum wage by law.

At least, in fact I know of one legal immigrant who made over $62,000.00 per year, over six times minimum wage, and that was several years ago.

If I'm understanding your question correctly, minimum wage covers ALL workers (other than exempted categories like family farms, etc.) Even an illegal immigrant would theoretically have the right to file a lawsuit if the employer violated labor laws.
