A couple of days ago the guy I like was talking to my friend asking her if she and I where going the the Winter Ball and my friend she that she didn't know and he told her to make me go the the Winter Ball. Now she doesn't even know if he is going. Why would he want me to go if he isn't going? What is he "planning"? He wont even talk to me and every time I do he doesn't reply. Should I not go the the dance or should I? I do want to have fun and two of my friends are going. Why is he sending me mixed messaged? Some one help me please.

maybe he isn't planning anything. he might just be going and want to say hi to you. maybe he thinks you are a wall flower and would do a little better if you got out once and a while. maybe your friend is making this up to make sure that you do go.....who knows just go and try to have some fun...

maybe he's not trying to send u mixed messages, does he kno u like him? Well maybe he just wants u to go because its a good school function & its one of those things where everyone should go. He probably got new plans and realized he's not able to make it to the winter ball. But u should go anyway because it sounds like fun with or without him :D

Just ask him if he's going to the ball. You can figure out the rest of the strategy from there. You say he doesn't reply. But I think he would answer a direct question like that. It would be REALLY weird if I asked someone if they were going somewhere and they just stared at me and didn't answer.

I would just go and have fun. If he told your friend to make sure you go then he was probably wanting to see you there. If I had to guess he wants you to go so he could see you when he goes, but he just doesn't want to be there with just one person... But my advice would be go regardless of if he will be there or not. Have fun!

you should go just to have fun but if hes there maybe you should ask him to dance or just say hi and start talking to him.

don't worry we do that sometimes... maybe he just wants to suprise you or is unsure about soemthing... i would go if i were u, dances can be freakin fun if you make them
