well my sister is going to her first highschool formal in march and needs to lose fifty pounds quickly so somebody might ask her this is really important to her please help

Talking from experience, Simply cutting down food intake especially unhealthy foods,and exercising daily for at least 30-60 mins, losing 50lb by march is easily achievable.

from experience, slimming aids and metabolism boosters are just a waste of time and money.

First she should lose weight for herself not for someone else. Second if she is going to be asked to the dance they will ask her regardless of what size she is. We need to focus on our inner self rather than what other people think is acceptable. I walked, did not eat after 6:00 , ate healthy foods made sure I had a bowel movement daily.

Cut calories down to 1200 a day, drink TONS of water, do dance/low impact aerobics for 30 minutes a day, and try to walk 2 miles 4 days a week. Do not drink soda, unless it's diet. Try to cut out as much sugar and dairy as possible. Try to stick to lean meats, veggies, fresh fruits, yogurt, skim milk, cereal, and whole wheat bread. I did this for 4 months and lost 47 pounds(all my pregnancy weight).

Don't let her starve herself or become anerexant.. that never works !!! Just Work out a few days a week, eat healthy things, don't eat after a decent time like say 6 or 7, and that is pretty much it!

eat less. dont eat after 6pm. if she gets hungry after 6, then tell her to eat some fruit puree. drink plenty of water. and walk around the block 3 times a day.

tell her to go on a chicken deit i have done it lost 4 pound in one weeks time

IMP chicken has to be cooked in no oil at all stem it bake it

she should do regular excerise.. maybe jogging around the block and doing sit ups and stuff.... make sure she stays away from sweet stuff. and eats a well balanced diet. MAKE SURE SHE DOESNT STARE HERSELF! that is not normal!
