In reguards to her beliefs I would never ask her even encourage her to belive what she truly felt to be true . If she did mimic myself your right ot would not be what I was searching for . As the man of the house I just try to use my best judgement in every matter .

No, sorry. I don't think I could date an Atheist or marry him without trying to witness to him. Believe me, I'm doing him a favor, LOL!! =]
EDIT - Well, that's the most truthful and interesting thing I've read all night. "Women of faith are more morally acceptable to me" cause of their past number of partners. Hey, there might be something to this Christianity thing after all, huh? LOL.
Here's the thing. Part of women's curse is that their eyes will be on their husbands instead of God. What that means is that women will desperately want to please their husbands and will sacrifice pleasing God to do so. So if a Christian woman marries an Atheist man, eventually she'll decide to be an Atheist just to please you (no matter what you do or don't do). So in essence she'll be losing her eternal salvation for you. Is that worth it to you?
It's extremely DANGEROUS for a Christian woman to marry outside of her faith because of this, more so than for a Christian man to marry outside his. Especially since Christian woman read in the Bible (and believe it, whether you do or not) that the husband is the spiritual head of the household and should direct all spiritual matters.

No matter how kind and wonderful an atheist is, I could never consider a relationship with him (beyond friendship). God is very clear about the kinds of people we are to marry, for our own good. The strife in a relationship/marriage when the two have different beliefs as strong as atheism and Christian is enough to kill a marriage. There are enough things to overcome without adding to the stress.
But, since you sound like a terrific guy--who only needs to use spell check (c; --I'm sure you will find a very special, loving person who shares your beliefs.
On the other hand, if you decide to follow Jesus...give me a call.
LOL! Just kidding!
Take care,
Gayle

I have been through so much BS, even w/a Christian, that being an Atheist is so far down on the list of sh*&.. Of course, I always think I can "fix" it. I have grown up over the last couple of years. I know that is not possible and no longer try. No pain, no pain. Works for me. Just me and my really cool cat and rescue dogs.

Well Paul talks about being unequally yoked. Basically, as a Christian women. I would not even consider a guy that did not share my beliefs. As far as marriage... How would we run our household? How would we raise our kids? Do we pray at meals? Do we do devotions or pray together?
As a Christian my great and highest concern is God. I think a guy that loves God and seeks Him above all else (including me) is extremely attractive. dare I say it... even sexy.
