It's worth a laugh Louise. The problem with jokes is that each of us has a different sense of humour and this means that not all jokes are liked by all people. I believe that if you have a group of 10 people and you tell 10 jokes and each joke makes only 1 person laugh and at the end each person has laughed once then you have succeeded completely. Bear in mind that almost every joke that you tell is offensive in some way to someone. The trick is to know your audience. EG, if there is a gay man listening, it's a good idea not to tell gay jokes.
