The past couple nights I've been getting up tons of times during the night still thinking I'm at work. It's getting so hard to sleep.

Just wondering if there is anything I can do before I go to bed to stop this.

Usually I watch TV for a hour or so and make supper. I dont even thnik about work after work. I'm up for 4 hours or so after work. I'm on afternoons.

During the week I go out with friends some....maybe only three or four times between mon-fri. I work a lot then. I read quite a bit then too.

Weekends I just party.

try and be in a relaxed state of mind. you said you watch tv and then prepare supper. do you still watch tv before going to bed? you should avoid any strong stimulation like tv before going to bed. try scented candles or soothing music. hopefully if you fall asleep relaxed, you won't wake up often and hopefully won't think you're at work. don't try the sleeping pills...never a good idea...too much risk of being addicted to something you really don't want to be addicted to.

You may be putting in too much time there or don't have outside interests (beyond TV) that are good diversions. Exercise, reading, a hobby, etc. Try those and also try to take breaks at work too.
