I find that really annoying and disrespectful of others because I wouldn't just go and park my car in other people's parking stall, so I don't understand why she can't give me the same kind of respect?? What do you think I can do about it?? Do you think she is wrong and disrespectful of others?? And is she doing that on purpose to make me feel bad??

I don't think I can call the towing company because it is not my parking stall that she is parking at, or can I still call the towing company to tow it away?? Does anyone find that she is wrong and disrespect of other people's properties??

I don't judge or speculate about the reasoning behind behavior. I call the towing company and go about my day.

Is it possible that she has maybe made an agreement with the owner of that stall about parking there? Don't be too quick to judge, maybe there is a reasonable explanation for this.

If she doesn't have the owner's permission, then what she is doing is very rude and inconsiderate, especially if she keeps doing it. I think this is something the owner should resolve with her though. It sounds like this is not really your business.

Someone parked in my stall a couple of days ago, but I didn't do anything about it because I found an empty public space nearby and this was just a one-off. If the same person kept parking there though I'd probably leave them a warning note once and after that have their car towed away.

Leave a note on her car, asking her to only park in her designated space. Do it twice, then on the third time call the tow truck. Then put a sign where the car was saying "3 strikes and you are out".

Honestly, it would drive me insane. There was a picture once in a magazine and it had a car in it with "do not park in my spot" scratched into the side of the car. I still have it on my bulletin board. Too funny. Go to who assigns the spot and report it. don't do anything yourself. I used to manage apts. and the fights between neighbors can be ugly. She is rude. Just rude. She does it because she can and she doesn't care about other people's rights and feelings.

Maybe the woman is a bit absent minded or simply forgetful. It usually happens with women who are in a hurry. Talk to her cooly and maybe she understands. The more polite you are the better.

Well, I'm not her. I have my own driveway next to my house to park in.

I couldn't speculate on why she is doing it. If it bothers you, let her know.

Maybe approach her first and just ask her if there is any particular reason as to why she uses your park.Hopefully that will then encourage her to use her own.lf nothing is said to her she will just keep using yours.

I'd complain to the apt managers.
