It is legally possible, but not necessarily easy. The maid would need to apply for a B1 visa and would be subject to prove to the interviewing officer that she had strong ties to Malaysia and would return home. Plus, the family of the student would need to show a contract promising to pay the maid at least minimum wage under US law. Hard to say if it would be approved, but it is at least possible.

The maid must have a visa to accompany a Malaysian student in USA.

Yes, if the maid can get a visa. But it will be very difficult to get it. Most people in the US, other than the very rich, do not have maids.

Is this maid going to be used for strictly housework or both housework and as a sex slave? I have been to Malaysia and seen how they operate there! I was somewhat shocked at how they treated their maids...right after they finished with the laundry and dispensed with the housework....they were then used for pleasure in many inappropriate ways and positions! This type of slavery will not be tolerated in the USA, the porno industry aside! What a world...what a world!!!

you can find Malaysian maid here in the US.
