It means damn (it) ! or blast !. It's Italian slang (slightly mispelled, correct writing is "porca troia"). It's however not too polite and it's mostly replaced by "porca miseria", with the same meaning.
I disagree below answer as MF and SOB translate in Italian as "figlio di troia" or "figlio di puttana". This "Porca troia" is not a direct offense to somebody like the 2 here above ;it's just an imprecation, not addressed to anybody.

Porca troia! is one of the many imprecations wich contain the word porca.
It can be used as an equivalent of godammit!, but it can also be used in a positive but rude way to express that you just saw something that you find extremely cool or shocking.
It's literal meaning is dirty slut.
It has many nouns, here are some of the most known: porca mignotta, porca puttana, porca vacca, porca logia, porca zoccola, vacca logia etc. etc.

I agree with our top contributor here. With the slight addition that it literally would translate into: filthy slut (any slang word for a prostitute)!
bad words, but as long as it helps. hope you don't use them too much.
