There's this girl. She seems really cool.
And she's pretty but that's not the point.
She told me that one thing she liked about me was that I always dressed nice.
I just found out her name yesterday and all of the sudden she tells me I dress nice out of the blue. That hardly ever happens so I'm not sure what's going on.
How should I flirt without seeming too pushy?

I really wouldn't read too far into it. Some people don't refrain from giving compliments they feel legit... I do this often myself. It does not mean she is interested in you in becoming anything more than a friend... so don't come on too strong if you're interested in her and take the time to get to know her (if you've only known her for 15 minutes you can't possibly have enough feelings for her to bother flirting with her).
Listen to your heart and do what feels right... if this girl likes you and if you take the time to get to know her and decide if you like her too, it will likely work out.
I look at it this way... if I think I may be interested in someone in the future, I start talking to them as I would any new person I meet who I would like to become 'just friends' with.

Just be nice to her and act like yourself. Don't go off complimenting her just yet. Become good friends with her and after 2-3 weeks start giving her hugs goodbye and hugs hello. It usually works. But gladly add your own twists to it.

I think she is impressed you dress nice and maybe she's fliriting with you without being pushy. Get to know her first. She might be a player.

Girls don't compliment on a stranger's attire unless they want to get to know them better. She obviously likes your taste in clothing and YOU! Don't worry about being pushy. She is interested. Feed her interest in you as needed---the rest will take care of itself.

I think she opened the door. Just continue to dress nice, and maybe complement her on one of her outfits or her hair ect.
