how do are you supposed to read these?

i understand how to read tabs but not this.
help anybody?

I'm not totally understanding your question. The Capo is on the 6th fret, and the chords are played the same. You can place the Capo on any fret you want, or not use it at all.

With the capo on the sixth fret, the chord formation is formed in an open G chord minus the notes of G, B, and G. The notes being played are actually C#, F, and Ab on the lower scale.

The actual intonation of the chord is a C# power chord of three notes.
