Bore wise the 7mm is the smallest with an approx. diameter of 28 caliber in American calibration. Both the .30-06 & the .30-30 shoot a 7.62mm bullet which is .30 caliber in American calibration.

The least powerful of the three is the .30-30 and the .30-06 & 7mm Remington Mag are ballistically similar with the 7mm having the edge power wise. The .30-06 shoots a wider slug.
