The main symptom is that you'll test positive to an HIV test. The truth is that someone with HIV may never show ANY symptoms at all... or it may develop into AIDS, and you'll know it if it happens. If you suspect you or someone you know might have it, get thee to a doctor!

Fatigue, flu symptoms and weight loss. It lowers the immune system which allows other illnesses that cause bruising to occur.
Most people will be asymptomatic, meaning they will show no signs until something like pneumonia or the shingles lands them in the hospital.

you can ask your dr do hiv rna test it will tell you. It's same test that red cross used too look for hiv .

However, swollen glands and night sweats are pretty common.
Get tested!
