This is governed by state and local laws. Some states allow it, some require a permit and some forbid it entirely.

well u ill have totake that up wiih the mamager of the lup because you are a minor and not legaly able to get in

Only if you have a fake or if it is a don't ask, don't tell policy...if you have hot chicks with you, it helps.
