my son has been using pine tar soap for a lil over a month now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks.

You can buy those anti acne patches. Biore has them. They're like small round bandaids that have medication on them. I think they're 2% salicyllic acid. Also Before I put that on, I let Neutrogena's Rapid clear gel sit on the pimple until it dries, then I use that patch overnight. It dries them out faster.

Drink lots of water, don't let people touch your face, don't touch your face if your hands aren't clean, and when you're coming home from a long or hot day make sure you wash your face.

over the years I've learned it's important not to touch your face with your fingertips. For me, this causes instant zits. If you're face is itching or something, use the back of your hand/knuckles. Sounds silly, I guess, but it's true for me.
