I know my bros friend well & I just recently met her hubby about 8 weekends ago, my brother sells things at a flea mall for extra money, where jessica sells on the weekends. Jessicas hubby started coming there on the weekends too & when jessica or my bro arent really around he stands by me when he can or tries to find stuff to say to me, tried to make me laugh he just does it out of the blue, and there are lots of people around. its not like the 4 of us were standing there & my bro and jessica left. but does he "like me", or just being nice because he is friends with my brother?
it started out with trying to talk, now he worked in finding out my age and height. little things. then he kinda hugged me from behind when he was leaving one day.
last weekend he was there for about 10 mins, stood next to me and put his arm around me to hug so I did the same he put his other arm around as did I , for 30 sec at least till he let go. what do you think?

Well, I'm pretty friendly by nature, but if that's not something he would consider doing in front of your brother and Jessica then he likely has an ulterior motive. I've hugged my friend's girlfriend in front of him, but I'm just like that. Not interested. And I certainly wouldn't prolong it like that if a girl I knew was taken and I wasn't interested.
You should confront him about this, or at least talk to your brother about it if he knows this guy better then you do.
Regretfully you may have even reinforced this behavior by reciprocating it, even if you did it under the impression that it was innocent in nature. It sounds like Jessica is with someone who isn't very dedicated to monogamy...

BIG UH OH! I've seen this play before, he is looking for a mistress or Girl friend on the side. He is banking that you could keep it secret because if it came out how would your brother feel about you sleeping with his friends husband. You need to let your brother know what he is doing when his wife is not present, if your brother sees a problem let him take it to the wife. Chances are if he is putting the flirty moves on you he has already stepped out on her before. It's best to put some distance between you and what could be a major blow up.

I think he is coming on to you. You should keep your distance; he has no business getting so friendly when no one else is around, if I understand your question accurately. You should tell him please to respect your space, and that if he does not, you will tell his wife. But, why do you even need to be there?
