Well I like this guy (Daniel) but I don't know if he likes me or what. We look at eachother a lot but then we imeditly look away. We don't really talk, we e-mail eachother, I feel funny when I'm around you, some people say that he's just afraid to show his real feelings, other people say that he likes me, and well we sort of avoid eachother (I think). Also, I'm too afraid to make a move and he's not gonna make a move but I really want to go out with him but I want him to ask me out. WHAT DO I DO!!!!!?!?!?!!

It sounds like you're falling for him. Guys can be really timid about their feelings. I know firsthand, as I was one of those shy guys.
The best way to solve this is to make a small move towards him. Ask him for some help with homework, or something relatively risk-free. That way, if you feel too timid to breach the subject of asking you out, you can ease into it while taking care of homework. For a physical clue, try something innocent, like placing your hand hear his and 'accidentally' touching his. He should be able to understand that and make the next move for you.
