We purchased a windows vista upgrade and its going to expire in 7 days!!! Now we have to buy a new one?

Has anyone had a similar problem? We now have to purchase another one? I read something about registering it on microsoft.com but I cant find where and how?

When you open Windows, you should be receiving a notice asking if you want to buy a license for the software. If you click Yes, you will also get a product key. Be sure to write down the key and keep it safe someplace.

Click Help (or F1) and contact Microsoft to register. If that fails contact Support and complain.
