Here are some basics to go by...But yours should be fine at room temp.

Red wine: 55-60°F / 12.7-15.5°C
White wine: 49-56°F / 9.5-13.3°C
Rosé wine: 49-51°F / 9.5-10.5°C

Red wine should not be kept in the fridge!! Keep in a cool, dry area. Between 65 Fand 71 F.

Room temp is best not above 71 degrees or you may turn it into vinegar and in the dark.

crimson wine loses somewhat some style and aroma, exceedingly the fruiter notes while that's chilled, so in case you do no longer likely like the style or scent of crimson wine (or in case you're eating very destructive high quality crimson wine), then chilling it may strengthen it. i like it purely fairly cooler than room temperature, yet no longer refrigerator chilly. i like many crimson wines made with Shiraz and Franc grapes. Merlot could be one i like greater desirable chilly, because of the fact it frequently smells of barn backyard to my nostril. -- Regards, John Popelish
